Make sure IPv6 is enabled for your devices ( AXIS Companion uses IPv6 for communication). Check that the device/recorder has power and access to the internet. The device is no longer available on the network. If the attempt fails, hard reset the device and add it to the site again. If you click the link, AXIS Companion will try to repair the error. The device doesn't have the expected settings or is configured inaccurately. Make sure that the device is available on the network with valid network settings.
If you click on the link that appears, AXIS Companion will try to repair the connection. The connection to the device is temporarily lost.

The username and password combination is not valid. Make sure that required addresses are excluded from inspection and allowed by the firewall. The use of VPN or additional network security features block the connection to Axis services. Close the wizard, hard reset the device and start the wizard again. The device doesn’t have the expected settings, which prevents AXIS Companion from communicating with the device. Close the wizard and wait a few minutes before you restart it.
